After completing my university studies, I lived in Zurich for almost two decades and pursued a classic career in the Swiss corporate world. I have worked in various industries, functions, companies and start-ups both nationally and internationally.

I have always found my greatest motivation in working with people at different hierarchical levels. Another great passion has been leading trainings and workshops, inspiring participants and exciting clients. Further training in coaching and adult education followed.
Simultaneously, I have repeatedly been confronted with demanding life situations that have challenged me and sparked questions of meaning. For almost twenty years, I have been intensively involved with traditional practices and newly developed methods. These learned techniques and approaches sustainably improve abilities for mental, emotional and physical self-regulation. A decision that changed my life.
After a long trip through Southeast Asia, I decided to become self-employed in 2018 and take an unconventional, courageous step. For the past six years, I fulfilled my dream of living and working mostly in Bali. Here, I not only had the opportunity to work as a lecturer for a university in the fields of mindful leadership and inspirational coaching and leading for two years, but also to discover a different lifestyle that has changed a great deal for me.
In recent months, I have realized it is time for another personal and professional change of course and a return to Europe.

Holistic Process Work
In this form of process work, you work with self-reflection, mindfulness and self-awareness exercises as well as breathing techniques and meditation. It is not the same as "classic coaching", as it also incorporates counseling elements.

Oxygene Advantage Method
Dysfunctional breathing leads to scientifically proven negative consequences for physical, mental and emotional health. With the "Oxygene Advantage" method developed by Patrick McKeown, you can train correct, functional breathing in everyday life and during sport.
